Photos

Photos submitted for processing are used only to create the requested ID photo outputs. The API uses temporary working files and does not retain a server-side photo history after the response is completed.

Device storage and iCloud

Photos you save in EasyID are stored by the app on your device. When iCloud synchronization is enabled for EasyID, Apple may synchronize that app data through your iCloud account under Apple's terms and privacy policy.

Processing providers

EasyID uses Cloudflare infrastructure for API delivery and image background processing. Requests may include the submitted image, technical request metadata, and network information required to provide and protect the service.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. EasyID may validate transaction and entitlement information but does not receive your full payment card details. Signed transaction data and the app account token are verified for the request and are not stored by EasyID after verification completes.

App security data

To protect paid image processing, EasyID uses an installation identifier, an App Attest public key and verification counter, and short-lived security challenges. This information is not used for advertising or tracking. App Attest records are deleted after 180 days without a successful verification.

Retention and deletion

Submitted images and generated files exist only while the API prepares the response. EasyID does not maintain a server-side photo library. To request deletion of retained App Attest security data, contact vanchonlee@gmail.com and include the installation ID shown by the app when requested by support.
